Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders placed with Dumbledo can be cancelled.

1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at contactus@dumbledo.com with your Order ID.

2. Cancellation Confirmation

  • Cancellation requests are subject to approval based on order status

  • Once approved, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • For prepaid orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: No refund is applicable if the order is cancelled before dispatch

4. Failed Delivery / Refused Orders

If an order is:

  • Refused at the time of delivery, or

  • Not accepted after multiple delivery attempts

It may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges

  • Repeated refusals may lead to restriction of COD availability for future orders

5. Modifications to Orders

  • Changes to address, product, or quantity can be requested before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, modifications are not possible

6. Important Notes

  • During high-demand periods, orders may be processed quickly, reducing the cancellation window

  • Dumbledo reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
