Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders placed with Dumbledo can be cancelled.
1. Order Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at contactus@dumbledo.com with your Order ID.
2. Cancellation Confirmation

Cancellation requests are subject to approval based on order status

Once approved, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: No refund is applicable if the order is cancelled before dispatch
4. Failed Delivery / Refused Orders
If an order is:

Refused at the time of delivery, or
-
Not accepted after multiple delivery attempts
It may be returned to us. In such cases:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges

Repeated refusals may lead to restriction of COD availability for future orders
5. Modifications to Orders

Changes to address, product, or quantity can be requested before dispatch only

Once shipped, modifications are not possible
6. Important Notes

During high-demand periods, orders may be processed quickly, reducing the cancellation window

Dumbledo reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
