Refund & Return Policy

At Dumbledo, we prioritize hygiene, product integrity, and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of babycare and hygiene products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Product must be returned with original packaging and tags intact

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Products that have been used, washed, or are missing original packaging will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Used cloth diapers

  • Washed products

  • Opened or used inserts and liners

  • Products without original packaging

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at contactus@dumbledo.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or video of the issue

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the product, or

  • Full refund (if replacement is not available)

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting necessary details

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled

In case of successful cancellation, the full amount will be refunded.

6. Return Shipping

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Return shipping will be covered by Dumbledo

  • For any other approved returns: Customer may bear return shipping charges

7. Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color or print are not considered defects

  • Returns requested after the specified timeline may not be accepted

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on bank/payment provider
